The detailed research agreement template (for non-UofA researchers) and acknowledgement of researcher participation in IOSI projects (for UofA researchers) will be sent directly to the principal investigator along with the invitation for a full proposal, or available from the IOSI director upon request.

One-page annual report (due on December 20)
Financial report (for external to UofA research providers)
Final (technical) report template (due within 90 days of the project completion)
Exit (Gate 3) form (to be submitted together with the Final Technical Report, within 90 days of the project completion)

For projects with NSERC matching, please also complete required progress and final reports.
